House Rules

These rules apply to every Taylor Rentals home. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking

• The guest who books must be 21 or older and must stay at the property.
• Every booking needs a verified ID. If you book directly with us, you'll give your email when you book, and we'll ask you to reply with a photo of your ID before arrival. If we can't verify your ID, check-in may be denied.

Check-in and checkout

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in with a door code.
• Late checkout must be approved in advance, and no later than 1:00 PM.

Guests and parking

• Only the guests on the reservation may stay or visit, up to the home's listed maximum.
• Parking is in the driveway, with space for 2 to 4 cars depending on the home.
• No commercial photography or filming of any kind, for any reason, including social media.

A safe, peaceful stay

Our homes are in quiet neighborhoods, and we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable.

• No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Noise levels are monitored by Minut.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, inside or anywhere on the property.
• No candles, fireworks or open flames.
• Illegal drugs are not allowed. If we suspect illegal drugs are being carried or used, we will contact the authorities, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
• Outdoor security cameras, including video doorbells, are in use. There are no cameras inside our homes.

Pets

• Up to two pets per stay. Please add them when you book.
• Aggressive breeds, such as Pit Bulls, or any mixed breed known to be aggressive, are not allowed.
• Service animals (dogs trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability) are always welcome and are never charged pet fees. We may ask whether the dog is required because of a disability and what task it has been trained to perform. Emotional support and companion animals are not service animals; they are welcome as pets, and normal pet rules and fees apply.

Violation fees

Charged through the website or app you booked with.

• Guest not listed on the reservation: $40 per person per day
• Unauthorized party or gathering: up to $700
• Pet not added when booking: $80 per pet
• Noise complaint after a warning: $100 per complaint
• Smoking indoors: $250
• Late checkout without approval: $50 per 30 minutes after checkout time
• Key lost or not returned to the lockbox: $50
• Damage, missing items or cleaning beyond normal use: charged to the guest

When you leave

• Take all your belongings, return any key to the lockbox, lock the door, and ring the doorbell on your way out to confirm your checkout time.
• Not required, but housekeeping appreciates it if you rinse dirty dishes, start a washer load of used towels, and put trash in the outdoor can.

If rules are broken: Guests who break these rules, or refuse to pay requested fees, may be blocked from future bookings.
